Treedex Pro

1. Service Overview

Treedex PRO provides AI-driven cryptocurrency trading software that connects to your personal exchange accounts (e.g., Binance, Bybit, KuCoin) via API integration. Our software executes trades based on advanced strategies aimed at generating consistent returns while minimizing risk.

2. Account Access and API Integration

Clients must grant Treedex PRO limited access to their exchange accounts through API keys. Access is strictly limited to read, futures, and spot & margin trading permissions. Clients retain full control over their funds—Treedex PRO cannot withdraw or transfer funds.

3. Onboarding Process

To begin using our services, you must:
1. Sign a subscription agreement.
2. Register an account with a supported exchange.
3. Enable 2-factor authentication.
4. Provide API keys for integration.
5. Fund your trading account.
6. Begin automated trading within 5–7 days.

4. Payment and Subscription

A refundable security deposit is required upon registration. Subscription fees are only charged after a 5–10% profit is achieved. Clients will be notified via call, email, or WhatsApp to complete payment. Failure to pay on time may lead to suspension of the software and legal action.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must not initiate trades manually while the software is active. No withdrawals should be made during ongoing trades to avoid software disruption. Interrupting or pausing the software during active trades may cause losses for which Treedex PRO holds no responsibility.

6. Termination Policy

Clients must give 30 days’ notice to terminate their subscription to allow for proper closure of active trades. Subscription may be terminated for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of the software.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading is inherently risky due to market volatility, technological issues, and external factors. Treedex PRO does not guarantee profits or capital protection. Clients understand and accept these risks by using our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Treedex PRO is not liable for:
– Any financial loss resulting from software use.
– Market crashes, communication delays, or exchange-related issues.
– Unauthorized account access outside of our permissions.

9. Use Restrictions

The software is licensed only for personal use. Clients must not use the software to manage third-party accounts. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension and legal consequences.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
